Bukspottkörtelns funktion


Den har två olika uppgifter. Den ena är att tillverka insulin som reglerar sockerhalten i blodet. Den andra uppgiften är att avsöndra en vätska, bukspott, till tarmen med enzymer som behövs för att bryta ned maten och bikarbonat som neutraliserar syran i maginnehållet.
